The Full Story
Screen wrap is the rule that the playfield's edges connect: fly off the right side and you reappear on the left, drop off the bottom and you fall in from the top. Mathematically the screen becomes a donut, and games have used the trick since the 1970s to make small screens feel infinite.
Wrap changes strategy completely. Edges stop being walls and become shortcuts, escape routes and ambush lanes. The classic example is Asteroids, where every rock and your own bullets wrap, so nowhere on screen is truly safe.
On this floor, Asteroids wraps everything, and Snake 2 turns its walls into portals as its signature twist. Once you internalize wrap, you start seeing the shortest path across the board differently: sometimes the fastest way right is to go left.
