The Service
Arcade.now provides free browser games, guides, daily challenges and leaderboards, as-is and as-available. We work hard to keep it fast and online but promise no uptime SLA - It's a free arcade, not a bank.
Fair Play
- Score submissions must come from actually playing the games. Automating input, tampering with requests or exploiting bugs to post scores gets your entries removed and, for repeat offenders, your access blocked.
- Nicknames appear publicly on leaderboards - Keep them clean. We remove offensive names without notice.
- Found an exploit? Report it - Hall-of-fame gratitude guaranteed.
Accounts
Sign-in is via Google only. You're responsible for your Google account's security; we never see or store a password. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
The site's code, game implementations, artwork and text are ours. You may not copy, scrape at scale, or republish them without permission. Personal, non-commercial links and screenshots are always welcome.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Arcade.now is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using (or being unable to use) a free game site. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid us - Which is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use means acceptance. Questions go through the contact form.
